Frank is a retired MTA mechanic, and after serving St. Luke’s as Junior Warden, saw a real need for an on-site property manager. He gladly runs around fixing this aging property, checking for locked doors, and doing the occasional cleanup. Frank has lived with his wife, Margo, in La Crescenta for over 25 years.
